How do I book an appointment with Her Haven Mental Wellness?
We are currently accepting new patients.
What insurance plans do you accept?
Her Haven Mental Wellness accepts Aetna, Ascension/Smart Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, and Quest Behavioral Health. We also offer a self-pay option.
Blue Cross Blue Shield to be added soon.
What payment options do you have for visits?
While insurance may cover 100% of the services, we also accept self-pay.

Yes! We offer a free 15-minute consultation with your provider before booking an appointment.
Do you offer a sliding-scale fee?
Yes! We offer a sliding scale to support clients with different financial needs. Please ask more about our sliding scale during your initial visit.

Angela is dedicated to helping women find hope and healing through compassionate psychiatric care. With 10 years of experience in mental health, she is building her practice around supporting women as they navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions.
Her approach to treatment emphasizes integrative healthcare, recognizing that mental wellness encompasses the whole person. She understands that each woman’s journey is unique, and works collaboratively to develop treatment plans that honor both evidence-based practices and holistic healing approaches.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Angela brings both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to her work, creating a safe space where women can explore their mental health needs and discover pathways to recovery and growth.
